Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In the original packaging

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
As with standard returns, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
